A Day to Remember: Men's Shed at Prestwick Prom
The local fayre at Prestwick Prom turned out to be a day to remember for the Men's Shed. With great weather contributing the community event saw an incredible turnout, with the Men's Shed doubling its impact compared to previous years.
The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with the enthusiasm of both the members and visitors, made it an eventful day filled with laughter, camaraderie, and meaningful interactions.
The Return of the Everybody Wins Bottle Stall

The much-loved Everybody Wins bottle stall made a triumphant return at the fayre. This popular stall attracted a large number of visitors, all eager to try their luck and win a prize. Donations of bottle from Bordeaux to broon sauce made the raffle a fun and occasionally favourable event for all the entrants, everybody won ..something in a bottle. The simplicity and excitement of the bottle stall made it a crowd favorite, helping to draw attention to the Men's Shed and its activities. Lookout for our coloured balls next year... |

Handmade Crafts: A New Hit at the Fayre
This year, the Men's Shed introduced a new addition to their lineup – a handmade, member-produced craft stall. The stall featured a variety of unique and beautifully crafted items, from planters to hand turned pens, all made by the talented members of the shed.
The craft stall was a huge hit, attracting visitors who appreciated the skill and creativity that went into each piece. It provided a fantastic platform for the members to showcase their talents and share their stories with the community.
Boosting Fundraising and Networking Success
